Accommodation service
Your institution's housing desk, run by HOMA
We started in 2014 and built the housing-desk model most widely used in Italian universities. Today institutions adopt it as it is: we can activate it in your area too.
From platform to desk
The platform is the tool. The service is the people
On cercoalloggio.com an owner publishes and whoever is searching finds it: a marketplace, open to everyone. The housing desk is what happens before and after — someone looks for the homes needed, supports the people arriving, negotiates with owners and answers in person.
See the platform
What it includes
The services a portal cannot provide
The institution entrusts the service and receives an operating presence: people, tools and data.
A desk, not a form
Staff on site and dedicated digital channels: whoever is looking finds a person who answers, plus support on drafting and registering the lease.
Housing searched on request
We do not wait for a listing to appear: we search within the criteria you set (area, type, price ceiling) by contacting owners directly.
Advisor for foreign students
A dedicated person supports international students from the search to the signature, remotely too, and negotiates with the owner in their language.
A database under your name
Every property is checked by our staff: documents, photos and lease verified. The homes sit in a section of the platform that carries your name.
Data on your area
Periodic reports on demand, supply and performance: you know what is happening in your area, and you have the figures to account for it.
Who chose us
The universities and institutions that adopted the model
From Padua to Foggia: they chose a single operator for their students' housing demand.
With these institutions the platform is available to students, without a dedicated service contract.

How it starts
From need to operating service
The path is the same for a university, a right-to-study body or an AFAM institution: the scope changes, the method does not.
Needs analysis
We read the territory's housing demand, with goals and constraints.
Service definition
Scope and service levels within the agreement or procedure.
Activation
We open desk and database, communicate to students, train the staff.
Operations and reporting
Daily oversight, user support, regular reports to the institution.
Activate the desk in your area
Tell us the housing need, the city and the scope: the HOMA team will map out the operating path.
You do not have to be a university. Training bodies, employment agencies, companies and healthcare organisations face the same problem when hosting staff on assignment or in training: on this front HOMA is building its own path, and we assess together whether and how to activate a service.
