“Home for workers”: Homa stars with a network of Cooperatives and the City of Milan to offer new housing solutions to hundreds of workers.

We are thrilled to be among the protagonists of an initiative that wants to make living in Milan more accessible for those who work every day, contributing to the growth and development of the city.

In collaboration with Il Melograno Onlus, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre S.p.A. and SHARED, we won the tender from the City of Milan to regenerate 120 apartments for workers.

Objective of the initiative? ➡️ Offer social and regulated housing, allowing those who, despite having a job, find it difficult to find affordable housing to live in Milan, without having to face the burden of exorbitant rental costs.

Restructuring, furnishing and renting at competitive rates: this is the innovative model that Homa is helping to create.
