Brescia: contract signed for our second residence

Homa signs the contract for the start of a new university residence in Brescia.

We are thrilled to announce the signing of the contract for the start of our second university residence that will open in Brescia in the coming months.

A structure with 30 beds divided into 10 apartments, intended for students and rented for regulated fees, as required by the announcement (Ministerial Decree no. 481/24).
