Homa on tour: the value of team building for business growth

The #teambuilding is much more than a simple moment of aggregation: it is a strategic investment in the company's human capital. Strengthening collaboration between colleagues, encouraging discussion and sharing common objectives are key elements for a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.

At Homa, we believe that success and value are built together. For this reason, in recent weeks, the Human Resources Department has launched a tour of the cities where we operate with the Seeking Accommodation service, with the aim of consolidating ties between local teams and creating a shared vision of the future.

The journey started from the cities of Northern Italy, involving employees and collaborators in:

✅ team building sessions, to strengthen cohesion and team spirit;

✅ programming and comparison activities, to define strategies and objectives;

✅ moments of networking and exchange of experiences, to enhance the contribution of each team.

These days represented an opportunity to connect the different business realities, promote dialogue and develop new synergies. A big thank you to all the colleagues from Turin, Genoa, Milan, Bergamo, Varese and Brescia who participated with enthusiasm and professionalism, contributing with ideas, energy and spirit of collaboration.
