Inhabiting innovation — Managing real estate assets for social impact
At Homa, we believe that investing in people's human capital is fundamental. For this reason, we have chosen to invest in the training of our employees and collaborators, starting an advanced path that looks to the future of real estate management and that, during this week, involved the company's board of directors, property managers, administrative and accounting officers, architects and legal department.
The course “Inhabiting innovation - Managing real estate assets for social impact”, organized by the REC - Real Estate Center | Politecnico di Milano of the Politecnico di Milano, was created to strengthen the skills of Homa professionals called to manage more and more often not only individual apartments, but real buildings. With the continuous and rapid development of student housing, increasingly at the center of our assets, equipping ourselves with the right skills becomes necessary.
An intensive program that combined theory and practical exercises on:
Real estate and real estate market trends
Facility and property management
Financial analysis and economic sustainability of projects
Real estate due diligence
Urban planning and public-private partnership
Development of student housing
Thanks to the Real Estate Center of the Politecnico di Milano for creating such a stimulating learning environment, offering valuable training, to face the challenges of the present and to design together a cooperative, accessible and sustainable living.
Special thanks also go to the many teachers who have alternated in the various modules, selected from university professors, experienced professionals and testimonials from companies in the sector:
Scientific director: Prof. Angela Silvia Pavesi;
Co-Scientific Director: Prof. Andrea Ciaramella;
Scientific Coordinator: PhD. Genny Cia.
And again: Oscar Eugenio Bellini, Roberto Benaglia FRICS, GIORGIO DA ROLD, Diyan D., Claudia Escalona, Giancarlo Paganin, Barbara Polito (FRICS), Mauro Rabolini, Valentina Regazzetti, Marco Russo, Mariagiulia Salvitti, Elena Solero, Francesco Vitola, Giorgio Lezzi, Genny Cia, Matteo Borghi, Anna Gornati, Piergiorgio Vitillo.
But it doesn't end there. We will continue to invest in training because we believe that innovation comes first and foremost from people and skills.
