️ This morning, in Brescia, the conference was held to present the new University Residence in Via dello Stadio - organized by the City of Brescia - an urban regeneration project carried out thanks to the synergy between public and private, with the support of PNRR funds ex DM 481/2024.

The new structure, managed by HOMA, will offer 30 beds to students who choose Brescia for their university career, making a concrete contribution to strengthening the housing offer in the city.

We would like to thank the CITY OF BRESCIA, represented by Deputy Mayor Federico Manzoni and Michela Tiboni, Councillor with responsibility for Urban Regeneration for sustainable development; the Groppetti family, owner of the property, Dr. Valentina Resaz, Director of the Teaching Area of the University of Brescia and those who have supported this important goal.
