The phenomenon of expensive rents continues to significantly affect the real estate market dedicated to university students in Italy, with increasing difficulties in accessing safe housing solutions, close to universities and sustainable from an economic point of view. A problem that affects large and medium-sized cities in a transversal way, from North to South.
