PNRR and student housing: more time to create new students
The Government has announced a significant extension for the construction of new students funded by the PNRR, extending the original deadline of June 2026 and ensuring the full use of the funds allocated. This measure makes it possible to manage the growing number of applications and to complete projects with greater attention to the quality of the facilities and services offered to students.
HOMA is at the forefront: by 2026 we will create more than 1,500 new beds in key university cities, thanks to funds ex DM 481/24, offering modern, safe and sustainable housing solutions.
In addition to the direct management of our residences, we support entities and individuals as general contractors, offering end-to-end services (tenant selection, administrative and utility management, cleaning, maintenance and legal assistance).
