“A home to study, a generation to grow”: HOMA is present in Milan to participate in the event to present the results of the Confindustria AssoImmobiliare Observatory on the subject of student housing.

Yesterday, October 9, we attended the conference “A home to study, a generation to grow. Student Housing according to the Confindustria AssoImmobiliare Observatory”, held at the Torre Velasca in Milan, to present the results of the Associative Observatory on university students, the result of the work of the Student Housing Table chaired by Paola Delmonte.

The invitation to take part in this event represents for us a further sign of the consolidation of our presence among the main players in national student housing.

During the meeting, the results of the Associative Observatory on University Students were presented, contained in the notebook “A home to study”, which offers an in-depth analysis of the sector, including:

- the relevant regulatory evolution;

- the forms of public-private partnership;

- management and governance models;

- the main architectural formats;

- the offer of professionally managed beds in Italy, with data on type, location, rates and services.

Special thanks to all the speakers who spoke, for having encouraged an interdisciplinary comparison between the real estate industry, the university world and institutions and for offering us concrete and sustainable approaches to face the future, valuing the experience gained over time.
