Increasing the supply of student housing means building spaces that are sustainable, inclusive and tailored to those who study away from home.

This is the vision that guides HOMA, one of the main Italian players in the student housing sector, engaged in the construction and management of university residences throughout Italy.

During the Welcome Day, organized to welcome the new tenants of the Residence de Franchis in Lecce for the academic year 25/26, President Carlo Monticelli reaffirmed the importance of investing in quality students, at sustainable prices, as a concrete response to the growing housing demand of the university world.

A commitment that translates into new beds, new opportunities and a network of structures designed to promote community, well-being and personal growth.
