As the holidays approach, we would like to take a moment to look at the year that is about to end and share some significant stages of HOMA's journey in 2025.

It was an intense year full of evolutions in which we launched the new version of the cercoallogio.com site, we joined ReUni, the association that brings together the main players in student housing, inaugurated the opening of the new HOMA headquarters in Foggia, where the legal office of the Cooperative is also based, we started the Seeking Accommodation service at the “Gabriele d'Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara and opened the new residence in Via dello Stadio in Brescia, built with funds ex DM 481/24.

These are just a few of the goals achieved this year, but we don't stop there. Many other projects are already in the pipeline and ready starting in the first months of 2026, with the same vision and energy that have guided us for over ten years.

A sincere thank you to all the members, to the employees and to the employees, to the collaborators and to all the people who have been following us for more than 10 years, supporting us and cheering for us.
