In the last edition of ILQi Life, “Built to Grow: the role of educational spaces in human and social development”, we talk about HOMA's cooperative vision for the future of student housing.

The article, written with the contribution of our partner Sestilia Moscariello, addresses the topic of student housing understood as a social, cultural and urban infrastructure, exploring some central themes for the sector: from the cooperative model applied to student housing, to the student body as a territorial welfare facility, talking about urban regeneration and “widespread student life” up to deepening the role of integrated management between community, services and territory.

We thank the Il Quotidiano Immobiliare team for giving us the opportunity to tell about HOMA's journey, our approach to managing university residences and the vision that guides the present and future projects that we have in the pipeline throughout Italy.
