Landlords are increasingly looking for flexibility and tax protection. Transitional and agreed fee contracts are growing significantly (in Rome and Genoa they have more than half of the new registrations). The main thrust is dictated by the convenience of the 10% dry coupon compared to 21% of the free rent, in addition to the IMU concessions (25% state discount).
