️ Cerco Alloggio is the HOMA service for finding a risk-free rental home, chosen by thousands of landlords and tenants throughout Italy.
Owl ads, inflated prices, photos that don't look like reality: those who study away from home and are looking for rental homes are well aware of these issues.
On cercoalloggio.com every home is verified by staff before being published, without scams, hidden costs and incomplete information.
For this reason, the Universities and Institutions that have chosen us as official partners count on us to support their students in the transition between choosing the University and the identification of accommodation to rent in the city.
Here's what you can find on CercoAlloggio.com:
Real homes: every accommodation is verified before arriving online and, from the beginning of our business, we do not publish ads of those who rent out to us without a regular rental agreement.
Remote visits without taking the train: with the 360° virtual tour, which we brought among the first in Italy in 2016, you can visit the house comfortably from your smartphone, without the need for an in-person visit.
Easy contact: register and talk to the owner right away or get immediate support from our staff.
Zero costs for those who rent: if you have a property, publishing the ad is free.
To universities and institutions for the right to study that are looking for a 360° professional service, we offer the “Home Desk” with a team that seeks new housing on the market, supports students in all phases of the rental and interfaces with homeowners.
Because choosing the right university shouldn't depend on being able to find a home. Where Cerco Alloggio is located, students have extra security!
