The call reserves 9 beds for students who meet merit and income requirements verified by Brescia's right-to-study body; the remaining 21 are open to anyone enrolled in the city, with no further requirements.

These beds are part of HOMA's own call, but reserved for students who meet the merit and income requirements set by Brescia's right-to-study body, verified through the university ISEE certificate.

The residence
HOMA, already active in student housing, was among the winners of the MUR funding under the NRRP Mission 4 Education and research, dedicated to creating new student housing: 30 beds recovered from a disused former furniture showroom.
Steps from the Mompiano metro stop, in Brescia's university district and close to the Civil Hospital, the residence comes from the building's full conversion: furnished single and double rooms with all-inclusive contracts.
