Requirements for the 21 places
The call reserves 9 beds at a subsidised rent for students who meet merit and income requirements verified by Brescia's right-to-study body; the remaining 21 are open to anyone enrolled in the city, with no further requirements.
- Regular 2026-2027 enrolment in a degree, doctoral, specialisation or AFAM programme based in Brescia
- Valid ID document
- No merit or income requirements
Requirements for the 9 DSU places
These beds are part of HOMA's own call, but reserved for students who meet the merit and income requirements set by Brescia's right-to-study body, verified through the university ISEE certificate.
- First year: school-leaving exam mark of at least 70/100
- Later years: rising credit thresholds (from 35 in year 2 up to 245 in year 6), proportional to the study plan
- ISPE (property indicator) not exceeding €58,452.06
- Right-to-study ISEE not exceeding €26,887.93

Applications are always open until the beds run out. Apply by a session date and you are included in that ranking; apply later and you move to the next one.

Intervention and funding
HOMA, already active in student housing, was among the winners of the MUR funding under the NRRP Mission 4 Education and research, dedicated to creating new student housing: 30 beds recovered from a disused former furniture showroom.
The building
Steps from the Mompiano metro stop, in Brescia's university district and close to the Civil Hospital, the residence comes from the building's full conversion: furnished single and double rooms with all-inclusive contracts.
