On Monday, November 24, HOMA's middle management participated in a new training day dedicated to the “strategic management of human resources”, part of the training and professional growth path started during the last company meeting. ➡️ An event designed to strengthen skills, vision and leadership tools within our teams.

Special guest of the day was Giacinto Callipo, Co-owner and Board Member of Callipo Group, an excellent reality on the Italian business scene that today brings together 7 companies under a single holding company.

His testimony, authentic, concrete and rich in insights, represented a valuable added value. ➡️ Having the opportunity to listen to external experiences, especially coming from such prestigious companies, allows us to broaden our perspective, deal with different growth models and bring new inspiration within our organization.

The shared ideas, in particular those related to the commercial dimension and the management of people in highly complex contexts, have already sparked ideas and stimulated operational reflections. Some suggested actions were immediately translated into concrete proposals by our commercial teams, a sign of fertile soil and a strong desire to evolve.

A meeting that confirms how much the training course undertaken is helping to build an increasingly strategic, open and growth-oriented mindset.
