Today in Brescia, the press conference was held to present the start of work on “Corte Garibaldi”, the new student residence that will enrich the city's housing offer and will be managed by HOMA.

The meeting saw the participation of various stakeholders and with interesting contributions, the architect Simone Firmo, designer of the intervention, and the councilors of the City of Brescia, Michela Tiboni and Valter Muchetti, testifying to the strong collaboration between public and private in urban regeneration processes.

Luca Spadon, Commercial Director, and Helios Marchelli, Head of the Real Estate Development Department, spoke for HOMA, illustrating the role of our cooperative in the field of student housing and the development prospects linked to the new structure.

️ “Corte Garibaldi” represents a strategic project for the enhancement of the Milan-West axis and a significant step in the transformation of an underused building into a modern, efficient and inclusive residence, designed to meet the needs of Brescia's student population.

The main protagonists of this operation are the property, Bremi S.r.l., the future manager, HOMA, and the Nuova Tecnologia studio, responsible for architectural and plant regeneration. A role of fundamental and strategic importance was played by the mediator Engel & Völkers Italia - Commercial Milano Lombardia, who coordinated the relations between the various subjects and accompanied the operation in its preliminary phases.

After the opening of the residence in Via dello Stadio, this new intervention confirms HOMA's commitment to contributing to the growth of the offer of student housing, combining urban regeneration, housing quality and sustainability.
