Over time, at HOMA, we have built a real estate management model that is based on three fundamental pillars. Our CEO Carlo Monticelli spoke about it in his speech at the Politecnico di Bari during the event dedicated to “widespread students and cities”.

Community Management:

we create housing environments that promote relationships, inclusion and well-being, through a targeted promotion of the structure, the development of a dedicated social project and the construction of a solid territorial network;

Property Management:

we deal promptly and continuously with the administrative and operational management of buildings: management of paperwork, marketing and management of the property. A model designed to ensure efficiency, transparency and economic sustainability.

Facility Management:

we monitor and coordinate services, dealing with maintenance management, dispute support and technical management of the property. A professional approach that enhances real estate assets and improves the guest experience.

This type of approach derives from a long experience in managing social housing projects, where listening and caring for the community are an essential part of daily work. Over the years we have then transferred this “know-how” to support the work for the construction of new university residences, including projects already active from Lecce to Brescia and others under construction and soon opening in other cities.

The evolution that has matured has allowed us to become a reliable partner for public bodies, private properties and academic institutions, offering a complete management model oriented to the social value of housing.
