PRIN RUSH Study Day at the Politecnico di Bari

Yesterday we participated in the Study Day of the PRIN RUSH project — Responsive University Student Housing, hosted in the Aula Magna of the ARCoD Department of the Polytechnic of Bari.

An important moment of discussion, in which the research units of the Polytechnic of Bari, the University of Florence and the Politecnico di Milano shared with the student community and local stakeholders the results of the research, the result of the joint work between universities, institutions and partners involved in the project.

For HOMA, RUSH represents a path that we have been following with interest and continuity for several years and that has seen us among the protagonists of the analysis and research carried out: a research project that addresses in a concrete way the themes of student housing, social housing, widespread residence and the relationship between universities, cities and territories.

Participating in moments like this means actively contributing to the construction of housing models that are more sustainable, inclusive and capable of responding to the real needs of students, bringing into dialogue academic research, public policies and operational practices.
