Alongside the cooperative, HOMA operates through a wholly owned social-impact company and holds interests in project companies set up with industrial partners to deliver individual housing initiatives.
Why separate companies
Each kind of operation carries its own constraints: public funding with binding conditions, real estate funds with reporting rules, industrial partners who join for a single project. Keeping vehicles separate makes it possible to answer each of them with the right structure, without mixing liabilities and accounts.
HOMA Group is the set of these brands and companies: an ecosystem, not a legal entity in its own right. The cooperative remains the operating core.
HOMA's subsidiary and social enterprise: it manages controlled, all-inclusive rent properties reserved for students, and is the vehicle for the distributed campus and social-purpose projects.
