The project company set up by HOMA and REAR Società Cooperativa for the development and direct management of the Maria Adelaide student residence in Turin.
Approved project, in development and pre-opening
Activation planned between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027
HR Campus was incorporated in 2025 to develop and manage the new student residence planned within Turin's former Maria Adelaide Hospital. The project combines the regeneration of a historic complex, student accommodation and services designed for residential life.
The project has been approved and is currently in its development and pre-opening phase. Activation of the residence is planned between the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.
Through HR Campus, HOMA contributes its student-housing experience: pre-opening, promotion and allocation, move-in, resident-journey management and community services. These activities are developed together with REAR Società Cooperativa and in connection with the local university ecosystem.
