What you will do

  • Commercial activity of acquiring new owners, in addition to the management of the owners already active in compliance with the set objectives;
  • Management of tenant requests through the CercoAlloggio portal, ensuring a quick and effective service;
  • Carrying out inspections of the apartments to create photos and virtual tours, improving the visibility of housing solutions;
  • Agenda management to organize calls and messages aimed at arranging visits to the apartments, collaborating with team colleagues;
  • Customer care activities to directly support users who are looking for a home at our physical office;
  • Support in the management of requests and rental contracts, with data entry into company systems;
  • Communication with customers, landlords and tenants, ensuring efficient management of the requests and needs of each user;
  • Monitoring of reservations and management of administrative practices, to ensure fluidity in rental processes;
  • Preparation of reports and data analysis, with the aim of optimizing service performance and improving the user experience.

Who we are looking for
