Hospitals, companies and essential services struggle to bring staff where the housing market is tight: a job offer is not enough without a home at a sustainable rent. That is the need staff housing answers.
This is not only about Milan. Italy's 2026 national housing plan placed the recovery of public housing for workers among the State's priorities: dedicated funds, a commissioner with special powers, the goal of putting vacant public housing stock back into use in the cities under the greatest housing pressure. It is the ground on which our experience in Milan keeps growing.
