The need

Easing the housing squeeze takes more supply

Regeneration goes where returns are highest, such as tourism, healthcare and offices, and housing falls behind. Left out are people who do have an income and still cannot find a home: students in cities short of beds, relocated workers, grey-band families.

We work with owners and investors one building at a time, starting from housing: beds, connected services and commercial spaces made profitable through market studies. Our job is to make the project possible, and to make it work over time.

Assess, launch, operate

A building stays empty when the capital to renovate it finds no activity able to pay it back.Our job is to find that activity first, not afterwards.

    Assess

    We read the asset and local demand, build the feasibility case and business plan, and choose the operating model. If the model doesn't hold, we don't proceed.

    Launch

    We set up operations and bring the property to income: commercialisation, suppliers and services, until it works as a housing service.

  3. 3

    Operate

    We run it at steady state, under Gestione Integrata or Rendita Garantita: we keep the property occupied and the service up to standard, year after year.
